2. Data We Collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your name and email address. This data is required to provide the Service (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR).

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy

Usage data: We log server-side access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging purposes. Retention: 7 days.

Cookies: We use essential session cookies required for login and security. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. See Section 6 for details.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Art. 6 (1) b GDPR – Contract performance: processing your account and subscription data

• Art. 6 (1) f GDPR – Legitimate interest: server logs for security

• Art. 6 (1) a GDPR – Consent: cookies beyond essential session cookies

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 10 years as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO).

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), correct inaccurate data (Art. 16), request deletion (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21).

Essential Cookies (always active)

shitcoinfinder_session – Session management, login state. Duration: session. No consent required (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

XSRF-TOKEN – CSRF protection. Duration: session. No consent required.

cookie_consent – Stores your cookie preference. Duration: 1 year.

Third-party Cookies

Stripe – If you initiate a payment, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used.

7. Third-party Services

Stripe, Inc. – Payment processing. Data transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Bybit – Market data provider (public API, no personal data shared).

OKX – Market data provider (public API, no personal data shared).

TradingView, Inc. – Interactive chart widgets embedded for authenticated users. When a chart loads, your browser connects directly to TradingView servers in the US. TradingView may process your IP address and browser data. Data transfer to the US is based on Standard Contractual Clauses. TradingView's privacy policy: tradingview.com/privacy-policy. Charts are only loaded when you are logged in and actively use the scanner.

Bunny Fonts – Web fonts served from EU infrastructure. No personal data logged per Bunny's privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
